That Docker thing sounds promising

    I’m not sure Docker can help much with reproducible research unless one sets up an image repository. Dockerfiles seem to be subject to bit-rot, especially when one depends on, say, ubuntu to do package management.

    @shabbychef, you got something else I should consider? And how feasible is setting up such an image repository?
